To MNC:
PRiMOS captures, stores and provides workers’ information. By using PRiMOS, the MNC is able to check and verify the worker’s qualification, work permit validity (if any) etc before approving the workers to work in the worksite. Hence, worker’s standard and quality are ensured. There is a reporting module which allows MNC to retrieve useful data on worker skill information e.g number of skilled and unskilled workers registered in the system by contractor name; report on workers that are working in the respective worksite.
To Contractor:
The database in PRiMOS provides an easy access for contractors to manage and monitor the workers. With PRiMOS, the contractor will receive email notification whenever a worker’s work permit or welder’s qualification is expiring. By extending the welder’s qualification on time via the pre-qualification or performance update module, the contractor does not need to send the welder for re-certification, which means a huge saving for the contractor. PRiMOS also provides online Test Management, which allows contractors to book a test, to check the test status and to retrieve the workers’ test results online. PRiMOS also provide useful summary, reports and statistics for contractors to view the worker’s test history, OJT, worker’s worksite history as well as the worker’s employment history.
To Test Centre:
With PRiMOS, the test centre can view the details of the test candidates for all the test application submitted by the contractors. Upon conducting the test, the centre can input the test result and generate the test certificate online. Fees can be collected by PRiMOS and transferred to the test centre via GIRO.
